Not long since the relase of Windows 10 October 2018 This update, has been a lot of bugs and accepted by many users. Since Microsoft annonced that it will provide 2 major updates on completion in 2015, 2018 is the worst year for Windows 10 release updates.

Now according to some reports, there are two new problem found in Windows 10 version 1809. Users report problems with invalid administrators originating and implementing FLAC on Windows 10.
Default validation administrator
The default administrator will not be valid if two :
The built-in administrator account is valid
Other accounts that have administrator permissions
In an article on the blog, Microsoft has agreed to this issue and has agreed to the patch with fixes this issue will be issued at the end of January 2019. Microsoft also asks users to sign in with user rights other than the administrator they want to update before the release of the new cumulative update.

If the PC has been upgraded to the latest version and the built-in administrator is invalid, the user will log in with administrator privileges other than the built-in administrator. In this case, Microsoft recommends default administrator activation manually.
Problems with FLAC support
Windows 10 offers full quality music playback without compression with native FLAC support, but on the October 2018 update (1809), the FLAC implementation was broken. Because of this, the music meta-data is increasingly destroyed which result in unexpected problems. For example, the long name of the music track and other details of music are interrupted.

The more frustrating part of this problem is that when the track is set in a playlist, the music player will skip the first minute of the track and the short track will be totally skipped. This happens in Groove Music and Windows Media Player.
Microsoft hasn't recognized the bug in the Windows 10 update history page but they seem to be aware of the problem because they have solved the problem in making the 19H1 Windows 10 Preview.
"We corrected a problem that resulted in FLAC metadata being truncated in File Explorer and other locations, Microsoft said in an article on this blog".
However, it's worth noting FLAC is not a popular music format and with the increase in music streaming services, very few users actually use it. This bug can be overcome by the cumulative update in January 2019 and further details about this will be shared by Microsoft at the end of this month.
